Terms of Service

Last updated 18 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Operant Pty Ltd (ABN 29 701 597 239), 330 Church Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, Australia ("we", "us"), the publisher of Slipstream Studio ("Slipstream"). By creating an account or using Slipstream, you agree to them. If you use Slipstream for a business, you agree for that business too.

1. What Slipstream does

Slipstream is an iOS app that helps you plan social media posts, make images and short videos from ready-made formats, keep your brand profile, and publish posts to the social accounts you connect, now or on a schedule.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Give us accurate details, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your content

You own what you upload and what you make with Slipstream. You give us a licence to store, process, adapt and publish it only to run Slipstream for you, for example to generate a video from your inputs or to publish a post you scheduled. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies a platform already received from a post you published.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including people's images, music, logos and brand names, and that your posts follow the law.

4. AI-generated content

Slipstream uses AI to suggest post ideas and to generate images, videos and captions. AI output can be inaccurate or look like other work. Review each post before you publish or schedule it; you are responsible for what you publish. Don't use Slipstream to make content that is deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or that infringes someone's rights.

5. Social platforms

When you connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn or X, you authorise us to publish the posts you choose to that account, and you must follow that platform's own terms and community rules. Slipstream is not made, endorsed or sponsored by any of these platforms. Platforms may change or limit their services, and a post may be refused or removed by a platform. YouTube uploads are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

6. Credits

Slipstream is free to download. Some features use credits shown in the app. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may expire as the app explains. If we ever sell anything in the app, the price and terms will be shown before you pay, and Apple's terms apply to purchases made through the App Store.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Slipstream: no spam, no attempts to break or overload our systems, no access to other people's accounts, no automated scraping, and no reselling the service without our written consent. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

8. Changes and availability

We work to keep Slipstream available and correct, but we may change, pause or end features. If we make a material change to these terms, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use Slipstream after that means you accept the change.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings, then Account, then Delete account). See Data deletion for what is removed. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, Slipstream is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or posts a platform refuses, delays or removes. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or A$100, whichever is less.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
